Potting Supervisor

Location: Woombye, Sunshine CoastCompany: Australian Plant Specialist – Wholesale Tubestock Nursery Australian Plant Specialists is seeking an experienced Potting Supervisor to join our busy wholesale tubestock nursery located in Woombye. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, confident in supervising a small team, and passionate about producing high‑quality plants. About the Role The Potting Supervisor will oversee all daily potting activities, working closely with the production manager and production staff to coordinate workflow, maintain quality standards, and support the smooth operation of the nursery. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the potting team on a daily basis Organise workflow, labels, media, and potting materials Ensure potting accuracy, plant quality, and consistency Train and support new and existing staff Monitor productivity and adjust plans as required Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Record daily outputs and communicate with management Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records Requirements Previous nursery supervisor experience is essential Basic computer skills and accurate data entry are essential Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of potting processes and plant handling Ability to plan workflow and meet production targets High attention to detail and quality Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/greenhouse conditions Reliable, motivated, and positive work ethic What We Offer Full‑time position – 38 hours per week Above award wages Long‑term job stability Supportive team environment in a wholesale nursery Opportunity to contribute to a growing and well‑respected business How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to ******@australianplantspecialist.com.au. #J-18808-Ljbffr
