About the Role : The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for : Managing leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors ensuring high performance and productivity. Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard. Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members. Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets. Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers. About You : Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams. Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs. A positive attitude and a love for what you do. Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success. Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
