The Company Multi-award winning TMC | Equal opportunity employer Boutique environment | Global career progression Social responsibility programs | Sustainable travel practices The Role Manage all aspects of corporate travel arrangements for VIP clients, including booking flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers and any special requests Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate clients, PAs and EAs, to understand their travel needs and preferences Provide tailored flight options that best suit client’s routes and preferences, while ensuring compliance with travel policies Develop strong relationships with travel vendors to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients Provide professional and polite customer support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively Promote high customer satisfaction by resolving last-minute changes with efficiency and effectiveness What You Will Need to Succeed Previous corporate and leisure travel experience Extensive GDS knowledge – Sabre preferred Strong fares knowledge and proficient with complex itineraries Self‑motivated and experienced at hitting sales targets Passionate and service‑orientated approach Genuine interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and teamwork skills What’s In It For You Competitive salary package Mon – Friday only 3 / 2 hybrid arrangement, once training is completed Exclusive staff benefits and discounts International famils and conferences Travel perks and discounts for family and friends Vibrant and collaborative team Boutique TMC environment Supportive management team Social team‑building and industry events Global career progression Rewards and recognition programs Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Want to know more?
