Our core in‑house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services. We manage a large portfolio of high‑profile sites across Sydney and foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity. Job Description This is a rewarding and challenging Senior Building Manager role, working closely with the Building Management Committee and Owners Corporations to ensure a high‑profile residential site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard. Key Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management role Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committees Emotional maturity, professionalism, and polished communication skills Excellent organisational and administrative skills A proactive and service‑focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detail A desire to manage projects that add long‑term value to your location Key Responsibilities Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members Supervision of Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance Programs Coordinating and responding to reactive repairs Scheduling statutory certification activities and inspections of common property Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance Qualifications Proven experience in the strata industry is essential Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word) Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management highly desirable Ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work on prestigious residential sites Loyalty Award Program and Exceptional Performance Award recognition Support from Operations Manager and Head Office Full‑time role: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Uniform, laptop, and mobile phone supplied Walking distance from Kings Cross station and onsite parking available Additional Information This is a full‑time role.
