The Role Due to substantial growth, we are on the hunt for a tax superstar - someone to be our internal tax guru to our accounting and financial planning advisers, someone who loves and knows private clients and their tax and transactions requirements, and who wants to build a team of tax advisers. You will be the expert on tax issues and solutions for our clients and internal advisers and lead the development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the Altus tax and transactions function. Technical - we focus on private clients and the tax and transactions associated with their needs: Taxation planning and optimisation Taxation Structuring General Taxation Advice Indirect Taxation Advice International Taxation Structuring & Advice Tax consolidation Division 7A Trust taxation Employee Share Scheme Mergers and Acquisitions structuring and tax advice Work with advisers to develop their tax knowledge and solutions as identified in their individual development plans Education Devise and execute the tax education strategy for Altus incl external training providers and in-house training and education Run selective intensive training on select topics on a quarterly basis Leadership - Lead and execute the tax & transactions strategy including building a team of tax experts.
