This role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships and is crucial in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience. About The Role Full-time and onsite, working Monday to Friday Manage your own portfolio of motor claims Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim About You Experience in administration, with high attention to detail is highly regarded Familiarity with case or portfolio management is beneficial Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision‑making capabilities Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high‑pressure environments Exceptional oral and written communication skills Effectively present and articulate information Don't tick every box?
