Job Description Are you looking for an opportunity to lead transformative initiatives and drive impactful change in the Education sector, while advancing your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We’re seeking a Manager to join our Transformation Delivery team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane . This exciting role will allow you to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver business-critical projects, particularly in the Education sector. In this role, you will Provide functional expertise in Education sector domains, such as Student Management, Student Experience, Industry Engagement and/or Advancement & Philanthropy. Lead and deliver transformation and operational improvement initiatives, with a focus on business analysis, service delivery, and process improvement. Engage with Education clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their growth and development. Play an active role in building the Transformation Delivery capability within KPMG’s offices in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. Your Experience A background in working in the Education sector is highly regarded, either through in-house roles or in a consulting capacity. Demonstrated experience in business analysis, transformation projects, or operational improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing projects or workstreams, with exposure to end-to-end delivery. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Qualifications We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.
