Your role will focus on providing personalised, high-quality care in the comfort of clients’ homes. Services may include: Personal Care Companion Care Domestic Assistance In-Home Respite Transportation Meal Preparation Dementia Care Social Support, including shopping assistance and outings What We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Have a genuine interest in and respect for our senior community and their diverse backgrounds Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a kind, caring nature Possess excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Are self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering client-focused care Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to safe work practices Bring a warm, friendly, and honest approach to every interaction What You Will Need Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Social Support, or equivalent experience in residential/community care Additional languages are a plus: Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Serbian, Hungarian, or Chinese Current driver’s license and reliable, fully insured vehicle National Police Clearance Certificate Current First Aid and CPR certificates Why Work With Us?
