Rehabilitation State Manager – Relocate from QLD to NT Join Procare Group as the Rehabilitation State Manager based in Darwin. This full-time role requires a leader with occupational rehabilitation experience and people-management skills to drive operational performance, revenue growth and customer engagement. The Role Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services. Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring timely, value‑laden and customer‑focused outcomes. Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement. Work with the national management team to execute an ambitious strategic growth plan. Act as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents. About You Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4+ years preferred). People-management experience (2+ years preferred). Current accreditation or membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist. Strong current Workers Compensation knowledge. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational / financial management. Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and problem‑solving skills.
