We are currently seeking full-time Enrolled Nurses to join our compassionate and dynamic team at Mawson Lakes, SA 5095. Benefits The position offered is full time with salary of $77,000 plus superannuation Task & responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, including assisting with personal care needs such as hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and assess patient conditions by observing vital signs, symptoms, and physical changes, and report any concerns to the supervising Registered Nurse. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including administering injections, wound care, and assisting with oral medications. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for patients, ensuring that care delivery is in line with individual needs. Provide health education and advice to patients and their families about managing health conditions and improving well‑being. Assist in the coordination of patient care within a multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed. Maintain accurate patient records, including documenting changes in condition, administered treatments, and patient responses. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, family members, and caregivers. Qualification & experience A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent) Strong ability to follow specialized support plans to meet client needs Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate care Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference Professional attitude and a positive, enthusiastic approach to work About Company Nurse Aid Australia is a leading NDIS provider in South Australia, dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.
