Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is an ASAP start for an initial 6 months contract, with potential for further extensions About the Role As the Agile Transformation Lead (ATL) you will be responsible for and will drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programme's transition to Agile development. Main Responsibilities Agile training, mentoring and coaching to existing and new Programme staff. Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide reporting and monitoring against these metrics. Assistance to the management of the PI Planning process, including Product Governance Forums and provision of relevant reporting and documentation to stakeholders. Mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve the ART's workflow, ensuring work flows toward delivery. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support to the Programme. Essential Criteria Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management (Agile methodology). SAFe Expert or SAFe 6 Practice Consultant Certification. Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agile Product Delivery. At least 5+ years of experience and hands‑on expertise in information technology project team management. Experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results. Experience in delivering training courses. Submission Requirements Duration: ASAP start 6 months with extension options. Clearance: Australian Citizens with current NV1 clearance.
