ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Management, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will: Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products Coach and mentor your team Provide stock feedback and manage inventory WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
