Your Role Provide end‑to‑end support on loan applications from documentation prep and lender follow‑ups to post‑settlement care. Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders and internal teams to keep everything on track. Maintain compliance system accuracy and keep client records up‑to‑date. Contribute to improving processes and delivering an exceptional client experience. About You Prior experience in lending admin, financial services or client services is highly valued. Experience using AFG systems and tools is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with a can‑do attitude. Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, document portals, lender platforms).
