Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate should have experience in a
change management/training needs solution and delivery particularly within large scale IT transformation projects.Job Description –Lead Training Managers/Change and Training Analysts to ensure integration and alignment of activities into project plans.Manage and conduct analysis and strategic assessment of issues, implement business engagement, design, transition and training solutions, using appropriate research techniques and methods.Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative . Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Analyze training needs and develop and coordinate new training programs and training schedules for all streams of training, to deliver innovative training solutions.Develop and implement all new training materials, including online modules and virtual training to ensure the provision of quality delivery outcomes.Prepare high quality and comprehensive briefs, written reports and correspondence articulating trends, opportunities and risks associated with a planned course of action.Develop and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders and negotiate with internal and externa l potential sources of information in order to obtain assistance in the provision of timely and accurate strategic advice.Demonstrated delivery experience in all aspects of change and training management, including project analysis, research, organizational change methods, developing and coordinating training requirementsProven ability to provide authoritative advice and solutions on governance issues.Awareness of the service delivery needs of a large complex organization and the ability to anticipate and effectively address emerging organizational issues, develop innovative solutions and advise and collaborate with senior managers to implement changeExperience in
