Occupational Therapist

Base pay range $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr About the Role As an Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in enhancing clients’ independence and quality of life through tailored therapy programs. You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy services to clients across various settings, including in-clinic, home, and the community. Manage a varied caseload, including paediatrics, NDIS participants, and aged care clients. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care. Prepare detailed progress reports, assessments, and therapy updates. Support clients in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation. Stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy Holds current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. Has experience or a keen interest in working within the allied health sector. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Is committed to professional growth and continuous learning. Has knowledge of relevant funding programs such as NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover (preferred but not essential). Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
