The Ellenbrook Study Hub is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Job share and part-time roles may be considered for the right candidate/s. About Us Funded by the Australian Government and led by RDA Wheatbelt, the Ellenbrook Study Hub provides a welcoming space for students pursuing higher education. We offer study assistance, career guidance, and a vibrant community to support learning and personal development. The Role As a Student Support Officer , you will: Assist students with study techniques, academic resources, and career advice. Provide guidance on university/TAFE processes, enrolments, and course selection. Support student engagement through events and workshops. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students and staff. Collaborate with staff and external partners to improve student services. About You In terms of selection criteria, we're looking for someone who: Has 2+ years' experience in an administrative role (Desirable: experience in student services, tertiary education, or a related field). Has experience with database management and reporting systems. Has their Working With Children Check and a National Police Clearance. Is friendly, approachable, and able to work comfortably across cultures. Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Can work independently and as part of a team.
