How volunteers help raise vital funds create personalised Epilepsy Management and Emergency Medication Plans that are constantly updated to suit changing situations education and training for family members including extended family such as aunts, uncles and grandparents, along with friends training for schools to become epilepsy aware so teachers know what to do when a student has a seizure in class or in the playground a sounding board in the Epilepsy Support team who understand the impact epilepsy can have on a person or family. What else will I do? contributing to rescuing pre‑loved clothing from landfills be part of a team and feel valued for your time receive training and development opportunities obtain discounts on all your purchases What does a typical day look like in a Shop? Welcoming and engaging customers Sorting and pricing donations Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers Keeping the shop clean and tidy Processing transactions through point of sale, incl. cash and EFTPOS payments What skills do you need? Friendly and positive attitude Sociable and engaging with others Happy to work as part of a team Flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks Commitment to your nominated shift What’s next?
