Queensland Shared Services; Service Delivery & Operations; Queensland Government Customer & Digital Group; Brisbane CityWhile there are no mandatory requirements for this role, a solid understanding and experience in the following will be highly regarded:• Qualification, training, or experience in Business Analysis with a focus on business requirement gathering.• Knowledge and experience using SAP HR Systems.• Familiarity with business practices with a particular focus on HR legislation, policies, procedures.

Some of your responsibilities will include:Maintain up to date knowledge of client business requirements, legislative requirements and current trends and product development within the IT industry and provide advice.Provide leadership in a multi-disciplinary professional team, undertake tasks, mentor and support team members and contribute to deliverables to support the specific scope and objectives of the team in relation to TMR SAP HR systems.Lead the team in the delivery of support to internal and external customers through managing operational team resources, risk, budget, service levels, deadlines and outcomes, ensuring availability and robustness of processes and systems and project work completion.Analyse business requirements and systems specifications and provide expertise to ensure the business specifications are properly documented and aligned to the business requirements.Provide strategic and expert advice to management of TMR SAP HR systems and associated issues and initiatives including defect, risk and issue identification and management.Oversee and coordinate system changes, testing activities and testing documentation working closely with the TMR SAP Business, System and Test Analysts, provide expert advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of deliverables, and undertake quality assurance processes to ensure integrity and compliance status of the systems.Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with team members, other project teams, stakeholders and customer groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the overall integrated solution.Contribute to effective, customer focused teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of team members within the team across QSS and working collaboratively to achieve outcomes with a commitment to quality and customer service.Undertake a lead role to document system processes, systems operation instructions (SOI) and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice and appropriately comply with recognized departmental and government accounting, information and communication technology and human resource policies.Provide leadership in coordinating and scheduling of work packages in the release process and assume responsibility for the change request life cycle from create to implementation of work within the ServiceNow system.Proactively manage the work performance and personal conduct of your staff.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further information
