About the Role As the Head of Health – Sector Lead Sales, you will define and lead the health sector go‑to‑market strategy. Your work will influence major transformation programmes, strengthen strategic relationships, and position the organisation as a trusted partner in health. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, and delivery—connecting market insights with client needs and organisational capability to deliver compelling, innovative solutions. Responsibilities Define and execute the health sector strategy across Australia. Identify growth opportunities and shape market positioning. Build the organisation's presence and reputation as a leading health partner. Drive new business and expand strategic accounts. Develop compelling value propositions rooted in industry needs and emerging trends. Oversee bid processes, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Client & Industry Engagement Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across public and private health. Serve as a thought leader, bringing knowledge of health policy, reform, digital enablement, and operational transformation. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Sector Enablement Align internal teams—sales, delivery, marketing, capability—around a unified sector vision. Support development of sector‑specific offerings, case studies, and market insights. Embed a collaborative, high‑performance culture across the sector team. About You You are a strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong presence in the health industry. You bring: Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or health sector leadership roles. Strong networks across the health sector. Experience selling consulting, technology, or transformation services. Ability to shape sector strategy and influence senior stakeholders. Exceptional communication, commercial negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. A passion for driving improvements in health outcomes through innovation and partnership.
