A job to be proud of As a Field Service Officer , you will play a key role in ensuring workplaces across Kalgoorlie are safe and prepared for emergencies. From servicing first aid kits to checking defibrillators and emergency oxygen equipment, you will be hands‑on in supporting businesses and individuals to meet first aid compliance standards. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring that the tools needed to save lives are always ready. Reporting into the Training and Equipment Lead, this is a Permanent Part Time role (5 days a week flexible hours) where you will be travelling every day throughout the Kalgoorlie region supporting clients and making a real difference in your community. What you’ll do Service First Aid Kits, Rooms and equipment for clients to fulfil their requirements and meet department sales KPIs Ensure schedules of field sales and servicing requirements for St John Clients are carried out in a timely and efficient manner Conduct on‑site risk assessments along with Client site requirements and submit related paperwork for compliance with First Aid Code of Practice Meet weekly, monthly and annual targets for revenue, lead generation and clients serviced to ensure department KPIs are achieved Actively source new business leads and sales to increase sales revenue and clients serviced Actively promote and sell all St John WA products and services to customers and the public to meet all relevant sales targets and KPIs Maintain service vehicle to ensure it is always clean and tidy and serviceable What you’ll need Demonstrated customer service skills Proven ability to work autonomously What’s in it for you The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with: $550 Health and Wellness reimbursement 17.5% leave loading Competitive remuneration package Salary packaging options Free emergency ambulance cover Free first aid training Are you ready to change lives?
