Your Role in the Adventure As a 4x4 Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in the store and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include customer service, booking workshop jobs, maintaining the showroom, and collaborating with the team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right 4WD products. Handle inquiries, process payments, and resolve issues professionally. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and manage warranty/fitment concerns. Schedule vehicle installations, maintain the booking system, and ensure all parts are ready for each job. Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely job completion. Ensure the showroom is clean and organised and showcases products effectively. Perform regular stock takes and update product displays to maintain a fresh and engaging atmosphere. What We are Looking For Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. A proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude. Knowledge of 4WD products and fitment is highly desirable but not essential.
