Key Responsibilities SCSA WA Science curriculum delivery and assessment for Years 7-12. Provide a caring and exceptional educational environment for all students. Assist in designing and maintaining vibrant learning environments that reflect Bold Park’s commitment to inquiry-based, collaborative, and creative education. Appropriate teaching qualifications and current registration with the TRBWA. Fulfil the ‘Proficient Levels’ in all of the AITSL Standards for Teachers. Foster positive relationships with students and commitment to their personal growth. Excellent knowledge of contemporary educational issues and directions. Skills and experience in developing, implementing and evaluating curriculum. Knowledge and passion for STEM, hands‑on engagement, and design thinking. Knowledge and passion for Education for Sustainable Development and project‑based learning. Highly developed skills in the application of technology as a learning, teaching and management tool. Excellent understanding of the Science curriculum and applications of the associated methodologies and ability to differentiate. Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach or experience working in a social constructivist educational environment. Experience in interdisciplinary curriculum design or facilitating community‑based projects. Experience with First Lego League, or other STEM initiatives.
