Termite Technician

As a Termite Technician at CDI Pest Management, you will play a crucial role in protecting homes and businesses from the destructive impact of termites. This full‑time position is based in Toowoomba, QLD and involves the inspection, identification, and treatment of termite infestations using effective and environmentally responsible methods. What you'll be doing Conducting thorough inspections to identify the presence and extent of termite activity Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to eliminate termite infestations Applying termite management products and monitoring the effectiveness of treatments Providing expert advice to clients on termite prevention and ongoing management Maintaining detailed records and reports of all service activities Collaborating with the broader team to ensure a high standard of customer service What we're looking for Formal training and qualifications in pest management field (Units 8 & 10) Proven experience as a termite technician Strong knowledge of termite biology, behaviour, and effective control methods Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients A valid driver’s licence and ability to work independently A commitment to workplace health and safety What we offer CDI Pest Management is a leading provider of professional pest management services, the 2024 Pest Manager of the Year winner, and is known for its innovative approaches and commitment to environmental sustainability.
