Role Overview Our Managed Services (MS) team plays a crucial role in supporting our clients beyond implementation, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. We don’t just provide reactive support; we proactively engage with clients to enhance their automation solutions and business processes. As a Managed Services Support Consultant, you will work alongside our team to provide end-to-end support for our automation solutions. From direct customer interactions to hands‑on issue resolution, you will play a key role in ensuring client success. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and human elements of support, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is eager to shape our Managed Services offering. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for clients, handling support requests and troubleshooting automation solutions. Work across the full support lifecycle, from liaising with customers to resolving issues hands‑on. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements. Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth project transitions from implementation to Business‑as‑Usual (BaU). Assist in defining and improving Managed Services processes, including enhancement backlog management, root‑cause analysis, and quarterly review frameworks. Maintain oversight of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective escalation when necessary. Key Requirements Experience: At least 1 year of experience with UiPath (mandatory); experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Alternatively, candidates with experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including testing cycles, will be considered. Technical Skills: Strong problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of technical principles. People Skills: Must be personable, service‑oriented, and comfortable in a client‑facing role. Management Aptitude: Some ability to oversee ticket workflows and ensure smooth issue resolution. Location: Must be Sydney-based. Why Join Us?
