Located within a busy precinct with free parking, the clinic is equipped with: 7 consulting rooms Onsite pathology Full‑time practice nurses and administrative support Allied health services (including physiotherapy and podiatry) The patient base is diverse, covering all age groups and a wide range of presentations. GPs enjoy autonomy while being supported to develop special interests. The practice is a mixed‑billing clinic with 70% of billings offered, a minimum guarantee of $140 per hour for 3 months and flexible hours – full‑time or part‑time are welcomed. Replacing a departing GP – walk into a full patient load. No after‑hours, on‑call, or hospital/VMO requirements. Best Practice software is used. The practice is doctor‑owned and operated with a collegiate team environment, has high patient demand, a longstanding presence in the local community, and offers opportunities to pursue clinical sub‑specialties and interests. The clinic is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne – close to major roads with easy access and ample free parking.
