You will draw on your advanced technical expertise to ensure the integrity, performance and availability of our network and communication services, supporting the university’s strategic objectives and contributing to a strong, forward thinking technical team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance enterprise network and security services, resolve complex issues, and implement quality changes with a focus on service continuity and customer support. You will also support and guide colleagues, helping build capability across the team. Demonstrated ability to analyse, diagnose and understand complex networks; with proven expertise in providing operational support services in a complex networked environment; and to work well under pressure. Experience and detailed knowledge of: Network management Network systems administration Cybersecurity Advanced technical problem solving; and High awareness of latest trends and innovations in network systems technology.
