This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go‑to specialist for CyberArk solutions and play a key part in shaping the organisation’s IAM strategy. You’ll work across enterprise‑wide systems, influence security policies, and deliver solutions that directly strengthen the organisation’s resilience against cyber threats. What you’ll be doing Lead CyberArk PAM delivery – Deploy and configure vaulting, session management, and credential rotation across critical systems and cloud environments. Own the IGA uplift programme – Design and deliver workflows, role models, automation, and certification campaigns to improve efficiency and compliance. Shape access security policies – Implement JIT access, break‑glass procedures, monitoring, and standards that meet audit and regulatory requirements. Drive visibility & reporting – Create dashboards and metrics that give leaders clear insight into adoption, risks, and compliance. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in cyber security engineering with strong PAM & IGA delivery experience. Hands‑on expertise with CyberArk PAM (deployment, integration, and support). Exposure to IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt (a plus but not essential). Solid understanding of privileged access controls (JIT, credential rotation, compliance).
