About This Opportunity Ready to lead bold social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn? We’re looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator in Australia to drive content, manage influencer partnerships, and shape brand engagement. If you’re passionate about trends, analytics, and storytelling, this is your chance to make an impact. Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with campaign calendars and brand messaging. Source and manage influencer partnerships, from briefing through to content delivery and performance tracking. Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms in a timely and on‑brand manner. Report on social media performance, using analytics to identify insights and optimise content. Track progress against KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and influencer ROI. Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform ongoing strategy. Qualifications Pursing Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration Experience with graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Sincere interest in business operations, marketing analytics, managing projects, and administrative tasks Key Competencies Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate new and creative ideas for marketing materials. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Brand Awareness: Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
