About the Role We are searching for a Broker Assistant to join our Mareeba team on a full-time basis, providing support to our Brokers. With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks including but not limited to: Policy preparation and maintenance Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail. About You The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills A process-orientated approach with high attention to detail A strong desire for continuous learning, professional growth and career advancement A go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment Experience as a Broker Assistant is highly desirable A Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking is highly valued, but not essential.
