The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Financial Analyst – Investments to support strategic investment decision‑making across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead financial analysis and evaluation of business cases, including capital investments and strategic projects. Conduct business case reviews, ensuring accuracy, rigour, and alignment with organisational priorities. Develop and refine financial models, including sensitivity analysis, ROI assessments, and benefits realisation. Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to support leadership decision‑making. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Executive teams to align assumptions and validate inputs. Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance forums and investment committees. Support long‑term planning, capital budgeting, and portfolio prioritisation activities and drive continuous improvement around both investment evaluation and business case frameworks, modelling tools, processes, reporting and evaluation methodologies. Skills & Experience Degree in Finance or related discipline; CPA/CA essential. Extensive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment evaluation, or commercial roles. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and a high proficiency in Excel, modelling tools, and major ERP/reporting systems. Proven experience examining and assessing business cases across large or strategic initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and create trust.
