As a teacher in a Catholic school, you will: Support and enrich the sacramental, liturgical, and prayer life of the school while embedding Catholic teachings, values, and practices into your teaching and interactions. Foster positive, nurturing relationships with students to support their spiritual, moral, and academic development. Create a learner‑centred, inclusive classroom environment aligned with curriculum policies and implement quality teaching strategies. Use student assessment data to identify learning barriers and tailor support to enhance student growth and achievement. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute to the professional life of the school, and participate in ongoing faith and professional formation. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community to encourage student involvement in the life of the Church and community. Experience and a proven record in effective classroom learning and teaching. Proven ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students. Ability to develop positive, respectful relationships with students. Capacity to create safe and supportive learning environments. Effective management of student behaviour and related matters.
