As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business to make smart financial and strategic decisions. This role is integral to driving and enabling business performance outcomes. With sharp commercial thinking and understanding of changing trends, this role will operate as an advisor and influencer of best possible commercial outcomes through a combination of real time analysis and future focus strategy. This is a great opportunity to join an established but growing team to help understand business performance and drive business growth.Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following activities:* Support pricing, tenders, and contract negotiations with robust analysis.* Assist in budgeting and long-range planning.* Analyse and combine market and internal data to interpret customer profitability* Highly proficient in Excel and confident working with large data sets* Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives.* Partnering with stakeholders across the business, translating numbers into clear insights* Collaborate with IT/BI teams to improve data capture and reporting tools.* Perform analysis and monitor portfolio attrition across various channels and segments.* Able to prioritise and adapt across project-based and BAU work**Qualifications & Skills**This role will suit a proven business partner preferably within FinTech, Utilities or FMCG industry and someone with demonstrable experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for a complex commercial business.To be considered for this role, you must have:* 5+ years of experience in commercial roles.* A Bachelor qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Business.* Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; data science knowledge is an advantage.* Excellent MS Excel & Powerpoint skills* Advanced financial modelling skills, including valuations, forecasts, and returns analysis.* Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in preparing reports and presenting recommendations.**Our Company & Purpose**Corpay is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
