Edge Clothing Visual Merchandiser - parental leave replacement Edge Clothing is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fixed-term role to cover parental leave. The national role is based in Victoria and consists of actioning the company's VM direction, along with visiting stores to support their training and development in VM. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the store's overall aesthetic Ensure all displays, fixtures, and product placements align with the brand's visual identity and best practices Collaborate with the retail team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are presented in an organised and appealing manner Provide guidance and support to the store team on visual merchandising techniques and standards Identify and recommend creative ways to optimise the use of available retail space Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a visual merchandising or similar retail role Strong understanding of retail design principles, consumer behaviour, and visual merchandising best practices Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to work collaboratively with the retail team and across different departments Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the brand What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Provided with equipment required for the role, including company vehicle Discounts on our products A collaborative and inclusive work culture Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply now.
