Beachmere Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Duty Manager, Gaming Attendants, Food & Beverage Attendants. About you Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred but not required. You’ll be approachable, engaging and professional. Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Position Duty Manager Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of customer service. Lead a team across all areas of the hotel, including Gaming, Bar, Restaurant and Bottle shop. Open and close the venue, ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed. Assist & liaise with staff for large functions, events and bookings through the restaurant. Customer complaint resolution and management. RSA and RSG certification required, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence preferred. Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take orders, serve food & beverages, maintain cleanliness in venue. Knowledge of EGM's and Odyssey Operating systems preferred but not essential. Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in all financial procedures. RSA and RSG certification, Food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain).
