As an Area Manager in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you’ll lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance. Your Key Responsibilities Oversight of Geelong and Hampden ESAs with offices in Belmont, Corio, Geelong, Grovedale, Torquay, Apollo Bay, Camperdown, Colac, and Warrnambool Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high‑quality, person‑centred services. Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities. Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics. Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks. Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success. Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services. We are looking for individuals who are Experienced in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector. Passionate about people with disability succeeding in employment and education. Success driven with the ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgets. Problem solvers with the ability to develop innovative strategies to generate sustainable employment opportunities. Relationship builders who can develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Quality focused with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality framework.
