Legal & Business Support Recruiter – Founder, Assiduous Staffing. | Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$115,000.00/yr The Roles: We are always working with a number of boutique, national and global top tier law firms in need of Legal Support staff within various areas of law, including Commercial Litigation, Public Law, Employment, Competition, Tax, Construction, Insolvency, Real Estate… and more Duties: Typical day‑to‑day duties will include: Managing word processing, document preparation, and drafting correspondence Handling diary management using Outlook Managing financial tasks, including external and internal billing, reporting, and third‑party invoicing Collaborating with both internal and external clients as needed Coordinating travel arrangements Recording client information in a contacts database Establishing, closing, and archiving client matter files Providing guidance and mentoring to junior legal assistant staff Performing various general administrative duties, such as filing and photocopying You: To be considered for our positions, you will typically need: Prior experience as a Legal Secretary (usually 12+ months experience required) A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately it is extremely rare for us to recruit for positions suitable for students or graduates) Excellent communications and organisational skills A can‑do attitude and willingness to learn How to Apply: For more information or a confidential discussion please call Claire Booth at Assiduous Staffing on or alternatively, click to apply.
