Program Highlights Competitive salary A$95,000 – A$110,000 + Super Relocation Allowance up to A$5,000 and Annual Remote Area Allowance A$1,300 Structured supervision, mentoring and graduate support 6 weeks annual leave, study leave and free access to primary health, dental and allied health services through BRAMS Monday‑Friday 8 am–4:30 pm hours, no on‑call or weekend work Roles & Responsibilities Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based allied health services under supervision across aged care, NDIS and primary health care programmes. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy programmes to support independence, function and wellbeing. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, care coordination and goal planning. Educate and empower consumers, families and carers to support engagement in daily life and self‑management. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and contribute to service planning and continuous improvement. Develop professional confidence and clinical reasoning through structured mentoring, peer collaboration, and ongoing learning opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Terawareter tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy. Current or eligible registration with the relevant national professional board. Foundational understanding of culturally safe practice and the social and cultural determinants of health affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team. Proactive approach to learning, reflective practice, and professional development under supervision. Experience through student placements in Aboriginal or remote community settings and familiarity with NDIS, aged care or primary health frameworks highly regarded.
