Ensure every customer interaction is welcoming and knowledgeable Build and maintain a positive, inclusive and motivating work environment for your team Recruit, nurture, and inspire a passionate team committed to both commercial success and community impact About you You bring proven retail or customer service experience, with a strong track record of achieving results while delivering outstanding customer service. You’re a natural problem-solver with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with both customers and team members.
