About the Practice: Our Bupa Dental Tea Tree Plaza practice is well known within the Adelaide region for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontic, restorative (crowns, bridges, endodontics and implants) and general dentistry services. We are a vibrant, solid, stable team looking for a passionate Dental Assistant to join our close‑knit team. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our extremely busy 13‑chair practice. The Opportunity: We have an extremely rare, versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Tea Tree Plaza practice available for a Dental Assistant seeking permanent full‑time work: Modern dental practice with 13 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments across our two practices in the shopping centre - allowing us to service the community Friendly, welcoming, fun and dedicated team Condensed work week – 3 days off per week Convenient shopping centre location with parking and access to public transport on site Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Treatment coordination Maintain infection control standards and procedures Access to extensive and incomparable employee discounts and benefits program You’ll be: Ideally 1+ years’ experience working in a similar role, however we are looking for the right person for our team Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded Motivated self‑starter – this is a fast‑paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
