The Opportunity Join Stockland's Group Legal & Risk division as an Land Lease Community (LLC) Contract Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused contract operations for our Land Lease Communities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business area and partner with key stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences for our customers. What You'll Do Oversee contract creation, execution, management, and settlement for your allocated LLC Communities. Act as the key liaison for Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and Development Managers. Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Onboarding and training material updates Precedent template updates Participate in national projects and embed process improvements. Maintain compliance with all relevant plans and elevate issues as required. Contribute to accurate forecasting of sales and settlements, driving excellent customer outcomes. About You You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational excellence. You thrive on building strong relationships and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Experience & Skills That Count Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration Knowledge of contract management, conveyancing, or legal/paralegal practices. Proficiency in DocuSign, Salesforce, Excel, and Mailmerge. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. The Right Mindset Collaborative and proactive approach to business partnering.
