We value empathy, reliability, and professionalism, and we are seeking caregivers who live around Bertram, WA, who are passionate about making a meaningful difference every day. Role Overview We are looking for a caregiver who will support the dignity, independence, and well‑being of our clients. This role involves providing personalised care, companionship, and practical assistance tailored to each client’s needs, helping to create a safe and engaging home environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Provide companionship, conversation, and recreational engagement to enhance emotional well‑being. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements, and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organising living spaces. Safely transport clients to appointments, social activities, shopping, and other outings. Travel between clients is paid, including up to 2‑hour gaps between visits. Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or mental health, medication adherence, or behaviour. Collaborate with the My Companionship team to implement personalised care plans. Essential Requirements Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent. Experience in personal care roles. Own a private vehicle with full comprehensive insurance and a current driver’s licence. First Aid Certification. National Police Certificate. Eligible to work in Australia. Preferred Attributes Compassionate, patient, and empathetic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, reliable, and professional in approach. Able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Schedule Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon shifts. Casual hours, flexible based on client needs.
