We are a business that live and breathe our mission and values and due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Welding Leading Hand to join our successful team of friendly, dedicated, and driven professionals. About the role As a Welding Leading Hand , you are responsible for ensuring we hold to our business commitment of delivering in full and on time to our clients. Key duties will include: Lead and supervise welders and fabricators across workshop and on-site activities Ensure all welding activities meet required quality standards, specifications and project deadlines Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld procedures and job documentation accurately Conduct inspections to confirm work is completed safely and to the required quality standards Provide hands‑on guidance and mentorship, assisting with complex welds as required Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks and report progress to supervisors or project managers Identify, troubleshoot and resolve welding‑related issues to minimise delays What else is on offer?
