Job Description You’ll work for two weeks on‑site, then head home to Brisbane with a week to yourself. While you’re on site, here’s what you can expect. What is the gig? Preparing and cooking large-volume, high‑quality meals (sometimes for 3,000+ people daily) Following set menus and food safety procedures (HACCP knowledge essential) Working collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high standards Day and/or night shifts required; working 10+ hours per day Contributing to a positive, respectful kitchen culture What’s in it for you?
