About the Role As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end‑to‑end banking needs across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Role Details Role Type : Permanent, Part time Role Location : 35,22 Simpson Street Mount Isa Qld Work Hours : Day Start Finish Monday 9 : 30 AM - 12:30 PM Tuesday 9 : 30 AM - 12:30 PM Wednesday 9 : 30 AM - 12:30 PM Thursday 9 : 30 AM - 12:30 PM Friday 9 : 30 AM - 1:30 PM What will your day look like? Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end‑to‑end banking needs across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives. Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures. What will you bring? Excellent customer focus - retail experience is an advantage. Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage. Ability to multi‑task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. Sound understanding of compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
