The role As a Senior Case Manager, you will support strong, fair, and quick assessment of State significant proposals, achieving environmental outcomes and balancing efficiency and quality while unpacking complex challenges. You’ll build and manage relationships with government agencies and stakeholders, deliver best practice collaboration, and help drive a planning system that supports achieving NSW government priorities. You will also use your broad experience to support other members of the team to do their work. It's a juggling act—navigating deadlines, community expectations, and stakeholder demands—all while maintaining top-tier standards. For more information read the full Role Description: Senior Case Manager What you will bring to the role A strong understanding of environmental assessment and planning legislation, with the confidence to apply it to complex, high-profile projects. Proven experience leading teams and managing the end-to-end assessment of major infrastructure or development proposals. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and robust conditions of consent. A proactive mindset for improving systems and streamlining processes to deliver faster, high-quality outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate competing interests and build productive relationships.
