The role We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated individual to support our Clean Room / Wash Bay area. The position requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to regularly lift and safely move loads of up to 20kg. A fantastic opportunity to step into a stable, reputable organisation with exciting growth potential. The successful applicant will need to be available to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, 8am – 3.30pm. Responsibilities Washing, sanitising and preparing manufacturing/production equipment Maintaining cleanliness, order and hygiene in the Clean Room / Wash Bay area Following documented cleaning procedures, SOPs, GMP, WHS and hygiene standards Accurately completing cleaning logs, records and checklists Supporting the production team with general cleaning duties and equipment readiness Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail High standard of cleanliness Ability to follow set procedures, documented workflows and quality requirements Ability to carry out manual handling tasks including lifting as required Reliable work habits and demonstrated consistency in attendance at previous employment Previous experience in a wash bay, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical or GMP environment is advantageous (but not essential) Willingness to learn and abide by PPE, clean‑room hygiene and safety protocols Be part of a supportive team culture at a purpose‑driven company On‑site training provided to help you succeed.
