We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our team for PERMANENT shifts in our Aged Care facility near Wodonga, VIC. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Assist in meal preparation and feeding. Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents. Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members. Ensure a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach in all care interactions. Key Requirements Certificate III or IV in Aged Care At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered) If you’re a compassionate and dedicated individual who thrives in a person‑centred care environment, we’d love to hear from you.
