About the Role As a Customer Experience Partner under an experienced Operations Leader, you will provide technical product support to Real Estate agency clients of the Real Time Agent product. Responsibilities include post‑onboarding support, ad‑hoc escalations for bugs and integration issues, and identifying process and product improvements to drive company strategy. You will work within a supportive team in Melbourne and contribute to career development across the Domain ecosystem. Typical Day Work closely with sales teams to deliver post‑onboarding technical support to customers of varying complexity. Manage inbound enquiries from Real Estate clients via phone and email — support to create listings, resolve template issues, and address bugs and integration queries. Identify process and product improvements from client feedback to help deliver on company strategy. Assist with escalations and more technical queries that may be above the scope of other Customer Experience Partners. Communicate complex issues to the development and sales team for further attention. Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate / Developer space. Our Ideal Person – Essential Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college. Flexibility to work 9 am – 5 30 pm and 10 30 am – 7 pm if required. Previous experience in fast‑paced customer service or tech support roles. Passion for delivering great customer experience. Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive approach. Resilient and empathic nature. Excellent problem‑solving skills. High level of confidentiality. Nice to Haves Exposure to working with technology and SaaS platforms. Property industry knowledge. Phone‑based customer service experience. Basic knowledge of coding, XML, JSON or HTML. What’s Next?
