As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you’ll become part of something special. You’ll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway - a reablement-focused model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey. See one of our valued Physios in action: You’ll work across a range of clinical areas, including: Mobility and functional assessments Restorative therapy Falls prevention Pressure care Pain management Active ageing group programs Whether you’re delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding In return, you’ll be backed by a large and supportive national team, ongoing mentoring and an annual professional development allowance and inhouse professional development program.You’ll have access to flexible work arrangements, paid induction, and a culture that genuinely values work-life balance. We’re looking for: Qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration. Those who share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people. Australian working rights. Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check. Drivers’ license and willingness to travel around a dedicated region.
