This organisation has already had a successful 2023 and a busy start to 2024 with strong pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.This national organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong career history completing large, diverse commercial projects between $10m - $50m.Projects range from health, education, mixed-use commercial, retail, government, and more.They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are ideally looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:10+ years of experienceExcellent ability to build rapport with others.Strong past tenure with employers.Team player who loves a challengeMy favourite thing about this organisation is their genuine care for their employees and maintaining an excellent team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, honest, and reliable to step into this role and take lead on this iconic project.Your Requirements:Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager running end to end projects ranging from $10m - $50m+Local experience here in Brisbane with a proven track record delivering completed projects within the Commercial project sectors.QBCC Open Builders License.Strong programming, budgeting, people management and communication skills.Excellent tenure with previous employers.Strong industry relationships.Your Rewards:Very supportive Senior Leaders, you will have the backing of a highly capable team.Excellent salary package- $160K - 210K + super dependant on experience.Fun & friendly working environment with an open-door policy to Senior Management.Access to the large, office gym and gym membership discounts.Exposure to technically challenging projects with large footprints.Job security with a stable organization.In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have
